Jaime Holly

Jaime Holly began his marching career as a member of the Concord Blue Devil B Corps in 1989, moving to the World Champion A Corps in 1991 through 1993. He has remained in the organization as an A Corps visual instructor. Previous to rejoining with the Blue Devils in 1997, he spent three years on the visual staff at the Bluecoats Drum and Bugle Corps. His affinity for mathematical problems can be traced through his BS degree from Fresno State in Mathematics. Jaime earned a teaching credential from Cal State Hayward and was a math teacher at James Logan High School before he decided to give it up for the fame and fortune of drill writing.

Jaime is currently the visual caption head and designer for several award winning high schools, and independent non-profit organizations in DCI, and WGI. During his off time he travels the country judging and giving various clinics for both students and instructors. In addition to the Blue Devils and Bluecoats, some of the groups he has worked with are: Arizona Academy Drum and Bugle Corps, Mystikal Drum and Bugle Corps, The Troopers Drum and Bugle Corps, Buchanan High School, James Logan High School, Upland High School, Valley View High School, Clovis West High School, Freelancers Indoor Drumline, Black Knights Winter Drumline, and the Soka Renaissance Vanguard from Tokyo, Japan. Jaime currently lives in Southern California with his fiancé Rebekah, where he is a full time designer and instructor.
